Explore the world of color and texture through this 6-hour tapestry weaving class where you will leave with a finished wall hanging of your own design.

If you're looking for a relaxing class, learn to weave a gorgeous handmade wall hanging, then join this weaving class available to all skill levels! In this class, you'll learn how to make a handmade tapestry and gain the knowledge to continue with your new craft.

We will review and learn all the basic skills for weaving, starting with how to warp your loom. You can be as creative as you want and use yarn of various weights and textures to match your unique style. You will learn a variety of popular weaving techniques including plain weave, soumak, rya knots and tapestry techniques. Dahlia, who has had decades of experience in weaving, will guide you and answer any questions from start to finish!

Weaving can be very soothing.. a true de-stressor! Unwind your mind and zone out with this creative project.
