Weave a Cell Phone Bag

This is a workshop for not only beginners, but for those who have always wanted to venture into the exciting world of textiles and would love to experience hand weaving. Dahlia has chosen the most efficient and easy loom to start your weaving adventure. The rigid heddle looms will be pre warped, so you get to do the fun stuff, which is the weaving part.. within minutes you will be weaving your individually designed cell phone bag. The material of choice will be repurposed cotton fabric strips. Not only is this material eco friendly, but it also provides for a functional fabric designed to cushion a cell phone.

After weaving the fabric for the bag, Dahlia will customize the finishing and assemble the bag, at which point the bag can be picked up from her studio at Harrison Avenue or shipped to you. There is an $8 shipping charge …
