Explore the world of color and texture through this 5 hour tapestry weaving class taught on a prewarped rigid heddle loom. You will leave with a finished wall hanging of your own design at the end of the class. You will learn to weave popular tapestry techniques including rya, sumac, and essential tapestry techniques in order to weave shapes and modulations into your design. Weaving can be very soothing…. A true de stressor! Unwind your mind and zone out with this creative project. No prior experience is needed.
